Phone BuddyThe FREE Phone Buddy Windows App for PC & Laptop provides even more ways to communicate:

• By Text message and Alerts – with popups when they arrive 

• Through Instant Message chat sessions with colleagues

• Via the Presence feature which shows colleagues if you are currently on-line or off-line 

• With easy access to internal and shared Address Books – and with the option to Email instead of calling or texting 

• Using your contact directories on Salesforce, Zoho, Base, Dynamics and other external CRM systems, as well as from Windows Outlook 

• Call Number and Clipboard dialling – type a number or simply highlight and copy it to the clipboard from web pages and on-screen documents

Quick, easy, convenient

The floating dashboard means your clients can keep Phone Buddy on their screen, positioned where they want it. The dashboard shows the phone activity for the day, so the user can always see what calls need to be returned, what voicemails need to be listened to, and what texts and alerts need to be read.

The dashboard can be used to update the user’s contact status, add contacts to an address book, add speed dial numbers, and make, answer, transfer, hold and hang up calls. It can even divert the phone to another number or voicemail remotely.

Phone Buddy comes with Skype for Business integration as standard, allowing status synchronisation across the two applications. Phone Buddy is available as standard for all subscription holders and works with Microsoft Vista SP2 and later.
