FAQs about selling your equipment

What type of telecoms equipment do you buy?

We are interested in purchasing phones, cards and systems from all major manufacturers.

How much do you pay for equipment?

We offer competitive quotations. To find out how much your equipment is worth, please submit it for valuation.

I submitted equipment, but you didn’t want to buy any of it, why?

Unfortunately we are unable to purchase everything we are offered. Our decision is based upon current stock levels and market demands.

Can you provide de-installation and removal services?

Yes, we are able to arrange for equipment to be de-installed and removed by qualified engineers. This service will be charged at an additional rate. If you require de-installation, please mention this when you submit items for valuation.

Can you collect the equipment you’re buying from me?

Yes, we can arrange for our courier service to collect on our behalf, just make sure the items are carefully packaged. There will be a collection charge (per box) for this service.

Do you purchase equipment from around the world?

We do not purchase equipment unless it is registered and compatible in the European Union.

Do you refuse items upon receipt?

We reserve the right to refuse equipment if, upon inspection, it is found that the initial description was untruthful or the equipment was damaged in transit.

I have equipment that is obsolete, do you provide recycling services?

Yes, we are able to help you recycle your equipment. Depending on the type of equipment, there will be a fee payable. Learn more about recycling at SOS.
