On completion of the Wireshark Analysis course, the delegate will be able to:
identify network topology issues including bottlenecks, packet loss, delays and jitter
make recommendations on where to use packet or frame prioritisation
create .pcap files that are manageable and succinct
make corrections in programming

Hardware Required: Laptop (with USB capabilities and Ethernet card),with Wireshark loaded and tested.

Scenarios covered include:

1) Topology analysis and where to connect at layer 1
2) Changing colours in the packet list pane to identify meaningful traffic quickly
3) Detection of layer 2 broadcasts (including ARP)
