Therefore, we have a dedicated technical support department, together with in-house qualified engineers. Our customer services department is also available to assist with a wide range of general enquiries. Our technical department can also provide technical bulletins.

Repairs
Offering total repair and refurbishment for your faulty equipment, our respect for quality is unrivalled. Our ISO9002 approval for all telecoms equipment repairs since 1995 makes us unique, and we have one of the largest repair centres in Europe.

Contract
Should you require an expert, we have qualified staff available for project and consultancy work.

 
 

 

Training
SOS can carry out both sales and technical training on all of our products. These courses can be run either at your premises or within our own facilities. We are also able to provide end-user training aids.

 
 

 

Purchasing
Our procurement team are constantly looking to purchase excess inventory in varied quantities - from individual components, through to complete systems.
