The Definity is available in two distinct ranges, the ECS and the ProLogix. There are three underlying models: csi (Pro Logix only - 40,000 calls per hour), si (ECS - 90,000 cph), r (ECS - 180,000 cph).
The Definity can use any available slot for any type of station or trunk port as required. Furthermore, the failure of one component does not affect other parts of the system.
