SOS Communications aim to be at the forefront of providing innovative products to the telecommunications industry. With this in mind, we are currently investing in the latest technology to hit the market – the new GSM Gateways / Fixed Cellular Terminals (FCT's).

Utilising the latest technology, FCT's provide businesses with the solution to reduce extortionate mobile telephone bills created by staff in regular contact via mobile phones.

When installed, instead of following the traditional route, typically costing 12p-25p per minute, the landline call is bypassed to follow the FCT route, meaning a mobile-to-mobile call is invoked. This creates a considerable saving on the user's telephone bill*, with the cost per minute reducing to approximately 4p-8p per minute.

In addition, when connecting the FCT to a PC or LAN, users have the ability to send and receive text messages.
